Welcome to the Never Quit Mindset Action Plan Course
This Eleven-Part Video Series takes each chapter of the book and explains it in more detail, adding more real-life stories to create a complete training program for building the Never-Quit Mindset. This course is all about taking action and doing. You cannot get tougher by sitting, reading, and watching, but you can learn valuable processes and physical and mental skills to apply to your daily lives and future goals.
The project has captured 25+ years of coaching experience of top-level athletes and special operators, as well as my own journey from athletics to special operations preparation and service. Over 43 years of training, preparation, failing, doubting, succeeding, and coaching others to deal with the same have been recorded to add to your preparation and training. No chapter is longer than 30 minutes in length and is easy to consume, with tons of coaching experience in every minute!
This course is divided into ten chapters plus an introductory video. Between each chapter is a 4-5 minute most frequently asked question that will help drive home each chapter in the video series training course.
