Hey...I Just Wanted to Say Thanks

Stew smith

Hey Everybody - Stew Smith here...

I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude to all of you who have been a part of my own journey and thank you for letting me be part of your fitness journey as well. Whether you're a loyal reader of my articles, a follower on social media, a coachable client, or a long-term customer, your support means the world to me.

First and foremost, I want to thank each and every one of you who takes the time to send me emails and ask questions. Your curiosity and engagement inspire me to create content that is both useful and relevant to your fitness goals. Knowing that my work is helping you on your journey is incredibly heartwarming, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to be a part of it.

I know there are times I may appear less than grateful when I get questions that could be easily found on google, but I do appreciate that you trust asking me still. This is how I teach taking initiative and doing basic research into a potential profession you seek. I do have many answers but not all of them and easily referenced material is not something that I put into memory. I have many articles to assist you with your research...so keep digging and finding answers.

To those of you who have been dedicated readers of my books, articles, and other content, I appreciate your continued support. Your interest in my work motivates me to keep pushing the boundaries and striving for excellence in everything I create.

And to those of you who have chosen to work with me as clients, I am truly thankful for your coachability and openness to learning. As a coach, there's nothing more rewarding than seeing my clients grow and succeed, and I am honored to be a part of your fitness journey.

A special thank you goes to those who move from out of state, find jobs locally, in order to train with me and the local group of like-minded men and women who are preparing for some type of tactical profession ( military, police, fire, special ops). That trust in me does not go unnoticed and is why I make it part of my day to be a better coach for you and your goals.

Last but not least, my long-term customers hold a special place in my heart. Some of you have been with me for over 20 years, and I can't express how much your loyalty means to me. I feel like we have grown together over the years, and I consider many of you to be not just customers, but friends.

Also, I should not forget those who have been publishing my writing and articles for decades now.  Publisher Andrew Flach at Hatherleigh Press - remember the GetFitNow.com days?  Good times. Thanks for the start. Plus Military.com who has been publishing three articles a week for 20+ years now. Thanks for continuing what you do.

So, to each and every one of you, thank you. Thank you for your support, your encouragement, and your trust. I am truly grateful for the opportunity to be a part of your fitness journey, and I look forward to continuing to provide content that helps you achieve your goals. You are all appreciated more than you know. Let's keep pushing forward together!

PS - I am not retiring anytime soon. In fact, I do not see me retiring. Seriously, my retirement plan is NOT to retire. Why stop doing something I love doing? So, if you want help, that’s what I do…. Where to Find More Information About Optimal Performance Training Programs

When you start training again, consider the seasonal tactical fitness model.  I call it A WAY to train and obviously not the only way to train. But it offers the opportunity to never neglect your weaknesses, helps with flexibility and mobility, but will also put you at a level of physical abilities where you are happy with your overall ability to do just about anything. We have a system where the seasons dictate our training. When it is nicer outside, we tend to run and do more calisthenics. When it is colder and not so nice, we lift more, run less, and still maintain our outdoor activities with shorter runs and rucks. Check it out: Seasonal Tactical Fitness Periodization System.

These Seasonal Tactical Fitness BLOCK Periodization programs will walk you through 4 x 4 weeks cycles with 16 weeks of each season in two programs. (32 total weeks)
