FBI, Police, and Other Federal Law Enforcement / DoD Contractor Fitness Training Programs

Whether you are training for FBI, other federal LE agencies, or local police officer professions, many of the fitness tests are the same to enter.  In fact, about half the country law enforcement academies utilize the FBI Fitness Test developed by The Cooper Institute.  Pushups - 300m Sprint, Situps, 1.5 mile run

Almost the other half of the police agencies use what we call the Most Common PFT in the World - The PFT Bible:  Pushups, situps, 1.5 mile run, and toe touch.  Some agencies will add in pullups as well.
