Some people still think I do not like to lift or add weight training into my programs.  I do have a few calisthenics only workouts, but from the list below, you will find that other than Calisthenics & Cardio (only) Workout and Complete Guide to Navy SEAL Fitness, all other programs include some form of weight training or additional resistance training besides calisthenics. You will still receive a healthy dose of calisthenics and a variety of cardio, but also dumbbells, kettlebells, barbell lifts, sandbags, TRX and more from the other titles.
