Some people still think I do not like to lift or add weight training into my programs. You may think that if all you have ever read of mine is the Complete Guide to Navy SEAL Fitness. But, I have been lifting all my life and still do, but I also do a lot of calisthenics, running, and swimming.

Looking for Calisthenics?
I do have a few calisthenics only workouts, but from the list below, you will find that other than Calisthenics & Cardio (only) Workout and Complete Guide to Navy SEAL Fitness, all other programs include some form of weight training or additional resistance training besides calisthenics. You will still receive a healthy dose of calisthenics and a variety of cardio, but also dumbbells, kettlebells, barbell lifts, sandbags, TRX and more from the other titles.
