So many blow off scoring well on their basic military fitness test and fail to get selected to attend a certain school, training pipeline, or even make rank.  Many college students' ROTC scholarships come down to a simple fitness test.  That is a $100,000 fitness test in some school ROTC programs!  IT MATTERS!

Go to Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, even USMC Recruits (IST) or about 50% of law enforcement academies across the United States and you will see these PRT Standard:


Pushups, Plank Pose, 1.5-mile run.- (pullups also included)

Even the Marine Corps uses this test with its recruits, with added pullups.  

Now, there is an ebook that addresses the PRT standard, but it's for beginners and intermediate fitness levels. This is not a Special Ops prep program, but rather for beginners and intermediate-level athletes to build a fitness foundation to Ace the PRT.  While we will focus on the basics of the testing elements, you will also build the entire core system,  legs / hips, upper body, running, swimming (optional), biking and rowing. More than half the military and law enforcement personnel have to do this PRT That is why I call this training plan the PFT Bible!
