BOOK: The TRX Workout - Added Exercises for Tactical Fitness Preparation
This program is how the TRX is added into the way the Heroes of Tomorrow train for military fitness tests and other training programs. It is a rather advanced program, but the beauty of the TRX is that the exercises are easily scaled back by simply changing the angle of your body to the ground.
There is very little information on how to safely use or station the TRX in this workout program as you should have that information in the Fitness Anywhere packaging of the TRX itself. But you will see how the TRX has supplemented our style of high rep calisthenics based programs into a much more effective overall workout.
There is a bonus travel week to help you with ideas when in a hotel room with the TRX trying to fit in a workout.
