New APPs by Stew Smith Former Navy SEAL and fitness author Stew Smith has created the Navy SEAL Exercise APP. The Navy SEAL Exercise APP complete with over 115+ videos of exercises from swimming the combat swimmer stroke to drownproofing to using the TRX and weights and calisthenics.  All exercises are used by future Navy SEALs, BUD/S Students, and Active / Former Navy SEALs to get and stay in top physical condition.

Recent Feedback from the Double Your Pullup / Pushup APPs

I have added your APPs to my iPhone and use them almost daily. I had 3 people try out the pull-up program you prescribe and here are the results:

Individual A- started Day 1:  1 pull-up and 14 days later he did 5 pull-ups

Individual B- started Day 1:  12 Pull-ups and 14 days later he did 27 pull-ups

Individual C- started Day 1: 20 Pull-ups - 14 days later he did 34 pull-ups

Most people see 50-100% increase in pullups / pushups from this 14 day program.
